Dr Rachna Yadav

Integrative and airway

The mouth is part of the whole body.

Crowded teeth, snoring, jaw tension and poor sleep can share a root cause. We look at how you breathe, swallow and grow, not just how your teeth sit.

A personal journey

It began with my own son.

When my first son struggled with sleep, I went looking for answers beyond traditional dentistry. Over more than a decade I’ve studied myofunctional therapy, tongue-ties, airway, breathing, TMJ and growth and development. If we only treat the teeth without asking what shaped them, the problem often returns.

Things we look at

Signs worth a closer look.

Snoring or restless sleepMouth breathing, especially at nightCrowded or crooked teethJaw clicking, pain or headachesTeeth that drift back after bracesDifficulty feeding or speech concerns linked to tongue or lip ties

These can have many causes. Only an assessment can tell what’s relevant for you.

Care we offer

Treating causes, not just symptoms.

Dr Rachna works with you, and with your GP, sleep physician or other health professionals, to build a plan around the whole picture.

Myofunctional therapy

Gentle exercises that retrain tongue, lip and cheek muscles. Often used alongside orthodontics to support stable, natural results.

Tongue and lip ties

Assessment for people of all ages, with laser release where it's appropriate and a clear plan for before and after care.

Snoring and sleep

Dental sleep medicine options for snoring and mild sleep-disordered breathing, including oral appliances and NightLase, in partnership with your GP or sleep physician.

Jaw pain and TMJ

Looking for the why behind clenching, grinding and tension, then exploring splints, therapy and habit change.

Early orthodontics for children

Guiding growth early with approaches like Myobrace, so little mouths have room to develop well.

Straight teeth, naturally

Aligners and braces planned around how you breathe, swallow and rest your tongue, so the result is built to last.

Dental care is not a substitute for medical advice. If you suspect sleep apnoea, please also see your GP. Suitability and risks are discussed at your appointment.
